On behalf of the Swedish Road Administration’s Stockholm and Mälardalen regional offices, Ecoplan carried out a pilot project to help facilitate a change process regarding the administrations’ travel policies. This included designing a concept for competence transfer
between the organizations using experience-based learning methods.
