Organizational policy


In our opinion, quality is about conduct, respect, expertise and commitment to customer goals. Our customers’ experience is what determines how well we have succeeded in delivering the high quality we strive for. We hold to high ethical standards in all we do. Before every decision our co-workers must be able to answer positively each of the following questions:
  • Is it legal?
  • Does it feel right?
  • Would we be willing to see this in the media tomorrow?
We strive to live as we teach. We are thorough as regards quality controls and secrecy in our assignments. When commuting or traveling we are as careful as possible as regards both the environment and safety, considering our wellbeing and that of our families. As often as we can we choose ecological and fair-trade goods and services.
