Staffan Johannesson

Staffan’s areas of expertise are environmental strategy and product development. He thrives on developing strategy and transforming these into concrete products and services, combining benefits to the customer
and care for the environment.

During twelve years Staffan worked with environment within the automotive industry. Over the years his work has spanned material and energy recycling, coordination of environmental technology projects, environmental communication and alternative drivelines and fuels.

In his two last positions he worked as Environmental Deputy Manager at Volvo Car Corporation, and as responsible for product strategy for Alternative Drivelines and Fuels, which basically consists of all non-diesel/ non-petrol solutions – as long as not combined with electricity.

Staffan joined Ecoplan in January 2007.

Staffan is a Developmental Engineer and has a Bachelor of Science in Innovation Engineering from Halmstad University. He has also completed environmental studies at Kalmar and Chalmers Universities.
